WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. However, we do have a policy in place to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may contact us to request a return within 10 days of the package being marked delivered by USPS (or any other delivery service used).

We do not accept any returns or return requests after 10 days of being marked delivered.

How to submit a return request?

If the item received is not as described or is sent wrong in any way, you may submit a return request. Please send your request to wink@uptownlashes.com with a subject line of “RETURN REQUEST: [your_order_number]”. In the email, please include the:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Condition of the item
  • Photos of the item

Our customer service team will review your return request and respond within 1-3 business days. If the return is approved, we will assist you in returning the item to us and offer a full refund.
